Development of green technology to mitigate power transformer failures induced by elemental sulphur and change current hazardous practice in transformer oil regeneration
Objectives
- To enable sustainable green power by mitigation of power transformer failures induced by elemental sulphur, by development of innovative green technology integrated with previous patented technologies – creation of 3 patents of institute Nikola Tesla (3 PINT)
- To demonstrate developed technology in an operational environment using INT mobile plant (TRL 7) to improve current practices and environmental impacts towards zero emissions, pursuing goals of EU Green deal
- To strengthen research management and support efficient realization of the project through efficient coordination between SRO’s, timely realization, effective dissemination and communication of the project results
- To increase research & innovation capacities and exploitation of IP and to transfer excellent scientific results into new perspectives in providing high quality services, products, and benefits for the society
